This committee's aim is to: - assist Rotarians in understanding the constitutional documents of Rotary at International, District and Club level.
- provide a source of information regarding Rotary, Ethics and Protocol, the Manual of Procedure and to assist in the preparation of the Manual
- assist Clubs in the drafting of resolutions and amendments to resolutions for presentation to the District Conference or the Triennial Council on Legislation of Rotary International.
